Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airpeen website (the “Site”) and the Airpeen waitlist. By using the Site or registering for the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Airpeen product

Airpeen is a wellness device currently in development and not yet available for sale. Any information on the Site about results, features, or availability is provided for general information only and is subject to change. Airpeen is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or weight-management routine.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Airpeen and allows us to keep you informed about its progress and availability. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, reservation, or any guarantee that the product will become available. We may contact you by email or phone using the details you provide.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to submit false, misleading, or another person’s information when registering, or to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Airpeen name, logo, text, and imagery, is owned by Airpeen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airpeen will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
